INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are based in Bangkok, Thailand, and all orders ship from here. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipping. All international shipments are shipped via FedEx / DHL, which provides customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 1-5 business days. After you place the order and proceed with the payment, you will get an order confirmation in your e-mail.
We ship to the address you provide when you check out. Please provide your phone number so FedEx/DHL can easily contact you. If you need to change the address in an emergency, please email info@goodafternine.com as soon as possible. 

Once your order has been transferred to the delivery service, you will receive a second e-mail with the tracking number. As it is an express delivery service, Please Keep an eye on the tracking number information, as all up-to-date information will be posted here. Please ensure the delivery address is the address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). FedEx/DHL takes 1-5 days after being transferred from our studio. If you haven’t received any e-mail, please check your junk mail or spam folder first. If you still didn't get it. Don't hesitate to contact us.

US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via FedEx/DHL. 

Our order process shipping time is Monday-Friday.
International shipping fees start at USD 15 for the first item.
Orders over 200 USD shipping cost 10 USD.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over 300 USD.

Note:
The following countries cannot ship via FedEx or DHL: Brazil, Spain, Israel, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Luxembourg, Germany, Chile, Latvia, and Russia. Orders from the following countries will be shipped via Thailand Post Airmail with a register. Duties and Taxes

Customs duties and all taxes are not included in the total at checkout.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as " gifts" or with altered prices.

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country, and these fees are collected at delivery time. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs. We don't have a stake in customs duties and all taxes.

Suppose you refuse your shipment/order from GOODAFTRNINE because of customs duties and all taxes. The package will be abandoned, and you will not be refunded.
