International Shipping

We are based in Bangkok, Thailand, and all orders are heartmade and shipped directly from our studio.

• Order Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and pack your order. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.
  
• Standard Shipping Method: We ship worldwide using standard international carriers. Once the package arrives in your destination country, it will be handled and delivered by your local postal service (for example, USPS for the United States) (please note: standard shipping does not include customs duties and taxes; you may be required to pay these fees upon delivery).
  
• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after leaving our studio.
  
• Express Shipping Option: If you need your order sooner, FedEx, DHL, or UPS express shipping options are available at checkout for faster, door-to-door delivery (please note: express shipping does not include customs duties and taxes; you may be required to pay these fees upon delivery).
  

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $200: Shipping starts at $15 USD.
  
• Orders $200–$299: Shipping is $10 USD.
  
• Orders $300 and over: FREE worldwide shipping.
  
• International Express Shipping : 60 USD

Tracking & Delivery

• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  
• Tracking Number: Once your package is dispatched, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Please monitor your tracking updates for delivery status.
  
• Shipping Address: We ship strictly to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure this is an address where you can receive the package during standard delivery hours (home or work).
  
• Contact Info: A valid phone number is required at checkout so the carrier or local postal service can contact you if needed. If you need to make an emergency address change, please contact us immediately at info@goodafternine.com.
  
• Note: If you do not see our emails, please kindly check your junk or spam folder.
  

Important Note: We are currently unable to ship to countries or regions experiencing ongoing warfare, military conflict, or severe logistical disruptions (such as Russia and Israel). If an order is placed from a restricted zone, we will contact you immediately to arrange a cancellation and full refund. Duties and Taxes

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the total price at checkout.

• Legal Declarations: By law, we must declare all items at their full retail value. We cannot alter the prices on the commercial invoice or mark shipments as "gifts" to bypass customs fees.
  
• Payment Responsibilities: Any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees are charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid entirely by the recipient.

• Refused or Returned Shipments (Non-Refundable) ซWe kindly ask our international customers to monitor their tracking details and clear any customs requirements promptly. Please note that if a delivery cannot be completed because customs duties/taxes are declined, or if a package remains uncollected from the carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Local Post), the shipment may be abandoned or sent back to us. Because we cannot recover these shipping and processing costs, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for any shipments that are refused or returned due to unpaid duties—this applies to both our Standard and Express shipping methods. We appreciate your understanding that all responsibility for refused deliveries and their associated costs remains with the customer.
  

Policy and Terms

By placing an order with GOODAFTERNINE, you agree to and accept responsibility for all original shipping charges, applicable customs import fees, and any return shipping costs. We strictly enforce a no-refund policy for any shipments that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties and taxes, regardless of the shipping method chosen (Standard or Express).
